The understanding young people with ASD and managing associated behaviours presentation aims to give you an improved awareness of what ASD looks like and the associated difficulties and behaviours. To provide a greater understanding of the levels of overlap in various conditions and put into place pro-active strategies to support children. The presentation goes into detail of what ASD is and how it affects learning and covers the features of autistic spectrum disorder including, sensory processing problems and differences in the brain structure.
